Uniform

The School Uniform Shop is an exclusive uniform store for Britannica International School, Shanghai. When placing an order, please provide the student's name, student number and class number. If the information is incorrect, the uniform will not be shipped. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please carefully read the size chart before making any purchases. Selection of an appropriate size will ensure that you do not have to wait for a replacement. If you are not 100% sure about the size, the on-campus School Uniform Room (124) provides an alternative place where you can try on and purchase uniforms. However, this room is only open to the public on Mondays.

A customer service representative will be available online during the hours of 10:00-18:00 during weekdays to assist with your online purchase. Please note that the online customer service representative responsible for the School Uniform Shop may not be available throughout the day and may be attending to other duties. If you have any enquiries, please leave a message, and they will reply within 24 hours.

Goods will be shipped on the same day for orders made before 12:00 noon each day. However, goods will not be shipped until the next day for any orders placed after 12:00 noon. For orders made during public holidays or school holidays, delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Due to the increased chance of delay, we would advise you not to make any orders in busy shopping times unless absolutely necessary. This would include the two weeks surrounding "Double Eleven", "618" and other e-commerce shopping festivals.

When purchasing multiple items online, please make sure you add items into the shopping cart first and then confirm the total order number along with all other details before clicking and going ahead with payment. This will avoid additional delivery fees caused by inadvertently generating more than one order.

If you have any special requirements, please communicate these to the customer service representative responsible for the School Uniform Shop directly, confirming your requirements in the appropriate field prior to ordering.

A single purchase with a value of less than 300 RMB will generate a delivery cost. However, the delivery cost will be automatically waived for items of a purchase value equal to and greater than 300 RMB. There is also no delivery fee for purchases made in person at the School Uniform Room (124) on Mondays.

The store reserves the right to decline the return of goods which do not relate to issues of quality. Exchange of goods will only be accepted within 1 week of the date of purchase for items which remain brand-new and unwashed, are without damage to the packing and do not have any issues which may affect their resale. An exchange of goods can be made either online or at the School Uniform Room (124) during opening hours.

• No sport shoes with the uniform.
• No nail polish or heavy make-up.
• No extreme jewellery or hair accessories.
• School uniform or other sports wear are not permitted in PE lessons.
• Jewellery must be removed for PE.
