As we look ahead to the holidays it has been delightful to reflect on all the progress our students have made in Mathematics this term. Particular congratulations go to Isaac, Tiffany, Selina and Prathamesh from Year 13, who received certificates in the UKMT Senior Mathematical Challenge. I have no doubt the Year 9 – 11 students will be eagerly looking forward to replicate this success in the Intermediate Mathematical Challenge in February. In addition all students should be commended on their efforts in this week’s end of term examinations, showing a mature attitude throughout. While there is still work to be done (particularly for Years 12 and 13 with their January external examinations), we can be satisfied with a job well done so far.
