We have enjoyed a smooth start to the new academic year in Secondary. It has been great to see our returning students and staff after the holiday and it has been particularly pleasing to welcome our new students, staff and especially our new Year 7s. Students are already familiar with this year's timetables and routines, and it is good to see that new friendships have been formed. Our Year 10 and Year 12 students are navigating their way through their respective IGCSE and A Level choices whilst the Year 11 and 13 students continue to consolidate the studies from last year. There will be an emphasis on using the Student Planner this year. It is extremely important for Secondary students to become organized and independent in their learning and, we believe that the Planner will help them to achieve this.

Additionally, the Student Planner is another home/ school communication tool where parents will be informed on their child's week in school.

Please read through the Planner each week and sign to show the Form Tutors that you have done so. Finally, we received a fantastic set of Cambridge IGCSE and A Level results from June's examinations and I would like to pass on our congratulations to the students from myself and the teachers, we are all proud of you.
