The Physical Education department is very excited about the summer term. This term Secondary will focus on improving their athleticism, agility, awareness, and fitness by pushing themselves throughout the various teaching topics in PE. Physical Education continues to be a valuable subject for the children, and it has been nice seeing them acknowledge the importance of this during their lessons. We have a few PE events this term where Secondary can showcase their physical skills with the first one being the Handball tournament that took place during Assembly on Wednesday. The children had a wonderful time and Red Phoenix house won the tournament on the day. Congratulations to them and all the other teams for showcasing good teamwork and spirit throughout the event. I would like to use this opportunity to say thank you to all the teachers, children and other staff involved on the day. All focus will now be turned to keeping the work rate high towards the end of term in their lessons. Overall, we are very pleased with Secondary regarding PE this year!
