This week we have enjoyed celebrating Chinese Culture Week with a variety of events and performances. We began the week with wonderful dragon and lion dances accompanied by our Primary drummers. Our younger students were particularly delighted by the performances and excitedly clapped and wowed as the performers passed them. Throughout the week the children have learnt more about festivals, traditions and character writing. Further, it has been incredibly special inviting parents to be a part of our assemblies as some of our students sang, recited poetry and performed kung fu. We are looking forward to parents joining our assemblies in the coming weeks as our class assemblies resume. Lastly, today has been filled with lots of laughter, joy and stunning outfits as students, staff and parents visited the different stalls set up in the Spring Fair, popular highlights were calligraphy, fan painting, origami making and of course sampling all the delicious treats! A huge thank you to all involved!
