Derek is an experience teacher and leader from the UK. His teaching experience in Art and Design Technology has spanned over two decades where he has been the Head of Art in a number of highly ranked international schools in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Derek is a trained sculptor and focuses on classrooms that combine traditional methods of creativity, painting, drawing and ceramics with digital technologies such as image editors, laser cutting and CAD. Derek joins in the hope of leading an art revolution at Britannica.
